Last updated: August 2026

1. General Information & Scope of Service Allergy Aware Travel Concierge provides custom holiday planning, travel booking, and dietary liaison services for individuals with food allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements. We act solely as a intermediary liaison between you (the client) and independent third-party travel providers, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and restaurants ("Third-Party Suppliers").

2. No Guarantee of 100% Allergen-Free Environments While Allergy Aware Travel Concierge takes extensive precautions—including speaking directly with kitchen managers, chefs, and hotel staff to communicate your specific dietary needs and evaluate cross-contamination protocols—we do not own, operate, manage, or control any Third-Party Suppliers or their food preparation areas.

We cannot monitor daily kitchen operations, ingredient sourcing changes, staff turnover, or real-time cross-contamination risks at venue locations.

We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free, air-allergen-free, or cross-contamination-free environment during your travel.

Final responsibility for food preparation, ingredient verification, and cross-contamination mitigation lies entirely with the respective Third-Party Supplier preparing and serving the food.

3. Client Responsibilities & Medical Preparedness Our services are designed to assist you in planning safer travel, but they do not replace personal vigilance or professional medical care. By using our services, you agree that:

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding all food allergies, intolerances, and medical conditions for all members of your traveling party.

You must verify all meals and food items directly with staff at the time of service, re-confirming ingredients and preparation methods prior to consumption.

You are solely responsible for carrying necessary emergency medical equipment and medications (including, but not limited to, auto-injectors/EpiPens, antihistamines, and inhalers) at all times during travel, ensuring they are valid, unexpired, and easily accessible.

You must carry adequate travel insurance that explicitly covers pre-existing medical conditions, food allergy reactions, and emergency medical evacuation.

4. Medical & Healthcare Disclaimer The services, communications, and website content provided by Allergy Aware Travel Concierge are for informational and travel-planning purposes only. We are not medical doctors, registered dietitians, or healthcare professionals. Nothing provided by our agency constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified physician or allergist regarding medical management of severe food allergies while traveling.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allergy Aware Travel Concierge, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

Allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, illness, injury, or medical emergencies experienced during your trip.

Errors, negligence, or failure to adhere to dietary requests by Third-Party Suppliers or their personnel.

Inaccurate or updated ingredient information provided by venues or food suppliers.

Travel disruptions, flight delays, or venue cancellations resulting from allergy-related issues.

6. Acceptance of Terms By engaging our travel concierge services, purchasing a travel package, or utilizing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer and assume full personal responsibility for the risks associated with traveling with food allergies or dietary conditions.
